Our Story

Plano Flood Restoration was founded by North Texas restoration technicians who got tired of watching their friends and neighbors get bounced between subcontractors during the worst experiences of their adult lives. The national-franchise dispatcher model — where a Plano homeowner’s emergency call gets routed to whichever subcontractor is on the rotation that day — was producing inconsistent extraction, half-finished dry-outs, contested insurance claims, and warranty disputes that left homeowners worse off than if they had hand-picked a local independent. Our technicians come out of the residential construction, building science, and home-inspection trades. Every IICRC-certified technician on the crew has been through formal training and field testing for the Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, the Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification, and (for crews handling biocontamination) the Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) certification. We do not hire commission salespeople. The same technician who responds to your emergency is the one who reads the daily moisture log, who coordinates with your adjuster on supplements, and who handles your 30-day and 12-month follow-up visits.

Why We Specialize
